MEET RANDY
Randy Madson
Founder and Principal
As a management consultant, Randy helps his clients level-up their organization’s Strategy-to-Execution prowess. He focuses on optimizing governance and decision-making processes, improving planning and portfolio management competence, and addressing the human and organizational culture impacts of strategy execution. Randy brings a broad range of insights stemming from his work in healthcare, financial services, and social services, servicing a diverse set of clients from start-ups to nonprofits to Fortune 50 organizations.

Randy enjoys non-profit board service and local community engagement/advocacy. He is both a board member and mentor for Minneapolis HOPE, an organization providing scholarships and mentoring to high-achieving, high-need graduates of Minneapolis High Schools.

He received his BS in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in Strategy and Management Information Systems from the Carlson School of Management.

When not working, Randy enjoys everything outdoors and is an avid backpacker, canoeist, and fisherman, and takes particular joy in introducing these activities to first-timers. When not outside, you can typically find him in the kitchen.
